Sozo

What is Sozo Ministry?

Sozo is a Greek word that is translated, “to save, to heal, to deliver, to make whole”. Sozo is a healing prayer ministry that is designed to help you remove roadblocks and hindrances to your spiritual growth and intimacy with God, enabling you to fulfill your destiny. Our desire is to see the healing presence and power of Father God, Jesus and Holy Spirit rebuild the broken places in people’s hearts and restore them to wholeness.

Why We Do What We Do

Sozo ministries are here to help everyone start walking out their life as the healthy individual they were intended to be. Our mission is HELPING equip, enable, and empower every one of US in our community, groups of friends, and families LIVE today, tomorrow, and for generations in HEALTHY freedom, identity, and truth of who they are created by God to be.

Our Mission

What can I expect in a Sozo Session?

Sozo ministry is typically offered by a two to three person team of trained volunteers in one or more sessions.  A Sozo session lasts 1½ – 2 hours and is conducted in a friendly, relaxed, safe and confidential atmosphere. It usually includes these elements:

• A brief interview process
• Team facilitated prayer to help identify roots of emotional pain
• Prayers to receive God’s truth and blessing

The focus is on interactions with Father God, Jesus and Holy Spirit that bring restoration to spirit, soul and body. Once you have had a sozo, you can continue to use the tools on your own to maintain your freedom and increase your intimacy with God.
